Emberfall runs on a heavily customized UE5 pipeline — procedural level assembly, in-house netcode for 4-player rollback co-op, and a smithing system we probably over-engineered.
Every feature ships through our 12,000-strong playtester ring first. If the Discord riots, we listen. If the Discord riots twice, we buff the hammer.
